Hi! I am Tsvetina and I am the Recruitment Lead for the SEEBURGER offices in Bulgaria. I also work on different projects related to new hire onboarding + continuous talent development. I am an experimenter by soul who believes everyone is a leader. In SEEBURGER, I can freely exploit the liberty in casting my own work as a map, filled with iterations, curious attempts, trials, errors and wins. When I am not in HR mode, you can find me on a hike, travelling, cooking or generally obsessing over my dog Borko.
