Our local Human Relations team encompasses a wide range of activities – managing all administrative tasks and processes, tending to employees’ needs and inquiries, recruiting and hiring talent fit to our culture, assessment, learning and development, and advocating the company brand itself. The team takes care of the onboarding and the professional development and engagement of more than 250 professionals based in our two offices in Bulgaria. The mission driving our HR team is to foster the inclusive and stimulating corporate culture and bring to live the corporate values of the SEEBURGER Group.
